Welcome to Techie Tigers—the tech club for Gilbert Intermediate School! Founded in Fall 2024, this is where our young "Tigers" dive into the exciting world of technology and coding. From programming basics to digital creativity and robotics, Techie Tigers is all about hands-on learning and exploration. Guided by tech-savvy mentors, students bring their ideas to life, solve puzzles, and build cool projects, preparing to become tomorrow's innovators. I’m Samy Hamad, a proud Gilbert parent of Rayyan, Omar, and Kareem. I started this club because I’m passionate about technology and love sharing that enthusiasm with others. Outside of this, I’m involved in our community as a board member and coach for the Gilbert Soccer Club and serve as the webmaster for the Gilbert Fine Arts Booster Club. I believe in encouraging our kids to explore and develop their interest in technology, helping them unlock their curiosity and potential in this exciting, ever-changing field.
